Meet Your Chiropractor
Meet Dr. Christine Lebiecki, D.C.
Chiropractor, educator, and women's health advocate in Colchester, VT.
Dr. Christine has been practicing chiropractic care in Colchester, Vermont since 1998, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Life University. But her commitment to this work began long before she opened her doors here.

A purpose that began with a single mission trip
Immediately after graduation, she joined a chiropractic mission trip to El Salvador. What she witnessed there changed everything. Adults who had lived with pain for years found relief. Children began to thrive in ways their families had stopped hoping for. She came home with a clear sense of purpose: to bring that same level of care and impact to her own community.
Over 25 years later, that purpose has only deepened. Dr. Christine now brings not only her clinical expertise but a rare understanding of the ways that stress, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and midlife transitions affect women's bodies and their nervous systems. She is known for listening carefully, explaining clearly, and treating every patient as the whole person they are.

Women's Health
Care for the way women's bodies actually change
Women's bodies go through remarkable changes across a lifetime, and those changes affect the spine and nervous system in ways that are often underappreciated in conventional healthcare. Dr. Christine has made it a priority to understand and address these connections.
From the postural shifts of pregnancy to the way chronic stress accumulates over years of caregiving, to the structural and hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause, she sees patterns many practitioners overlook. She does not dismiss symptoms as normal or inevitable. She looks for the underlying cause and addresses it.
Many women arrive at Family First having been told to simply manage their symptoms. They leave with a plan, with real results, and with a deeper understanding of what their body has been trying to tell them.
What sets Dr. Christine apart
She actually listens
Patients consistently describe Dr. Christine as someone who takes the time to understand not just the physical complaint, but the whole person. Her approach is gentle, thorough, and deeply respectful of each individual's body and life circumstances.
A women's health specialist
From pregnancy and postpartum recovery to the chronic stress of caregiving and the changes of perimenopause and menopause, she sees patterns many practitioners overlook, and addresses the underlying cause.
Trusted with the whole family
She is one of the most qualified providers in Vermont for pediatric adjustments, infant care, and prenatal chiropractic. Families have trusted her across multiple pregnancies and generations of children.
“I got into this work because I believe people deserve to feel well, not just manage their symptoms. That is especially true for women, who are so often told that what they are experiencing is just part of life. It does not have to be. Your body has the capacity to heal. My job is to help it do that.”
